... politeness and/or respectfulness plays a part. Under normal circumstances this is good however when people or institutions ask or MANDATE you to do something that is proven NOT to work or to be effective pushback or walkaway is necessary. Just some thoughts of the afternoon.

UPDATES
- David Jose Reveals How to Get an Audit in Every State (MUST WATCH) (5/19)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrZtsuwb2JE
David Jose and Marcus Dee held a livestream concerning how Wisconsinites can get an audit in their state. However, the things that David goes over apply to every state. The information in this video is indispensable. David breaks down how to force the legislature to do our will (which is their entire purpose) by writing affidavits and notices. He explains the importance of knowing your state constitution and how it can be used to fix the majority of our problems. To those who think these are just strongly worded letters: this strategy is what got us not only the AZ audit, but brought down the mask mandates in MN and AZ. Official notices and affidavits are being worked on for Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. In the meantime, set aside a bit of time every day to email, call, and send certified mail to your state legislators regardless of what state you live in. We need to give them the opportunity to listen to us. Future cases against them will be even more effective if we have a history of them blatantly ignoring the will of the people.

- Judge Dismisses Michigan Lawsuit (5/19)
Judge Elsenheimer ruled that Bailey has a constitutional right to an audit, but a statute exists that declares how the audit is conducted is under the purview of the Secretary of State. Since the SoS claims that her fraudulent hand recount was an audit, the judge said that Bailey has already received an audit. He also implied that the only body of government who can address his grievance is the legislature. Bailey and DePerno will be appealing the case to the court of claims.
Neil Johnson is starting a movement to flood the legislature with emails, certified mail, notices, and phone calls in this video: https://odysee.com/@LumberjackLogic:c/are-you-sh!tt!ng-me-michigan,-antrim:8
Around 17:20 he gives some suggestions on what to write.
He wants everyone (especially Michiganders) to flood their offices every day like Arizonans did to their legislature. We can’t put all of our eggs in one basket with this lawsuit. Legislators work for us; let them know that.

- GEORGIA PEDES SIGN AND SHARE THIS NOTICE (5/17)
Kandiss Taylor, David Jose, and Josh Barnett have created a notice that can be filled out and sent the the Georgia House and Senate. The plan is for Georgians to flood their inbox and mailbox with demands for an audit. Meanwhile, Kandiss has sent an affidavit that has penalties attached to it. Georgians' job is to inconvenience them while she forces them to either accept our terms or she will take them to court under constitutional common law jurisdiction.

- Georgia Lawsuit Hearing on May 21 at 9am (5/19)
Per PorchLightOn:
Another thing to watch this week: the next hearing for the VoterGA lawsuit, headed up by Garland Favarito, is this Friday May 21 at 9AM in the Henry County Superior Court.
It will livestreamed on the Henry County Superior Court A channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClPf1QUVvLyzjdJnBAHvcjA
Judge Amero ordered a conditional grant of the motion to unseal Fulton County's ballots in March. He granted access to the electronic images of Fulton County ballots on April 13. Favarito is optimistic Judge Amero will now grant VoterGA access to the paper ballots, because the Dominion images are stored at about 200 dpi, and forensic analysis requires 600 dpi. Favarito made that case at the last hearing, but Amero released the electronic images "as an interim step."
Fingers crossed Amero orders Fulton County to provide the physical ballots. Volunteers for an audit of the paper ballots have already been organized.
- PA Audit Petition and Event on May 23 (5/15)
Behizy invited Toni Shuppe, one of the founders of Audit The Vote PA, to his show. She explained that they are going to attempt to bypass the legislature and instead convince the county commissioners to audit their counties. Each county in PA has three commissioners and we only need to convince two of them to get an audit going in that county since counties have subpoena powers. There is already a county actively looking to do an audit. However, she was not at liberty to specify which one.
Please sign their Pennsylvania audit petition here: https://populistrevolt.com/pennsylvania/
Although PA resident signatures are more useful, you don’t have to be a resident to sign. If you happen to be a PA resident, please spread the word.
Audit The Vote PA will be having an event with Dr. Frank on May 23 at 2pm. You can find more information here: https://auditthevotepa.com/2021/05/05/expose-the-fraud-w-dr-doug-frank/

- Yavapai County AZ Considering Bids for Election Machines (5/18)
Contact County Recorder Leslie Hoffman and Yavapai Board of Supervisors and demand that they stop the Request for Proposal. Tell them that no further actions should be taken on new voting equipment.
Also, tell them we want a full, forensic audit. We do not want logic and accuracy tests. We do not want risk limiting audits. We do not want machines. We do not want mail-in voting.
The RFP will be voted on by the BOS TODAY.

- Maricopa Recorder Stephen Richer Would Like Some Emails and Calls (5/18)
Stephen has taken a very public stance against the audit, and even went on CNN to denounce the audit and Trump. During the BOS press conference, Stephen Richer implied that Arizonans don’t want the current audit because he has only ever gotten around 40 emails about it. He appeared to not take seriously the Senate’s claims that they are getting thousands of emails.
Considering Stephen claimed to run for recorder to prevent voter fraud, he should already know that a true audit does not use test ballots. Why is he so opposed to a real audit. . If the results of the logic and accuracy tests and risk limiting audits are accurate, there is no reason to push back against a more in depth audit. This is the people's audit. Let him know that in your emails and calls. I’ll include the BOS just for fun.

- Encourage Karen Fann and the Senators to Take Stronger Action (5/19)
Thank Karen Fann and the other Senators for working so hard to serve their constituents and encourage them to not back down despite the pressure. However, the BOS is becoming increasingly hostile. They have already implicated themselves in various crimes and refuse to cooperate in order to clear their names. If they are indeed responsible for destroying evidence and breaking chain of custody, we cannot allow them any more opportunities to tamper with any more evidence.

- Contact Your Secretary of State about Chain of Custody Records (5/14)
Secretary of State Offices around the country are trying to hide their chain of custody records. Contact your SoS demanding that they provide the chain of custody documentation for every ballot in your state. Chain of custody records are a great source of evidence. If Arizona goes the way we think it will, it will pave the way for audits in other states. On the off chance your SoS actually gives them to you, you will be able to crosscheck it with any future records they provide during audits (like what Tom Murray is doing in NH). Even if they won’t give them to you immediately, constantly emailing or sending letters inconveniences them, and they might eventually reconsider if you bother them enough.

- Arizona Legislature Still Planning to Adjourn Sine Die (5/14)
Sine Die: The final adjournment of the legislative session without adjourning to a specific time or date.
I know that we are frustrated with them, but be sure to commend the legislators for their help with the audit. Staying on good terms with the flexible legislators might help us in future endeavors. However, tell them that we are adamant about them choosing to take an extended recess rather than sine die. Do not sine die, adjourn, or end the session. It is of the utmost importance that legislators come back to address the problems found after the audit is over. We must protect future elections or this same process will need to be performed after every election.

- Vote Cast Record (5/14)
Gail Golec believes that there is a large discrepancy between the amount of votes cast on the day of the election in Arizona and number of people who voted/signed in on that day. This information has been subpoenaed, but they have yet to provide it. She’s asking for people to contact the county recorder’s offices and ask what the vote cast record is. More specifically, how many people voted on election day.
