But the auditors lied that the data was destroyed and then had to admit they lied. because they were able to recover the databases. So nothing was destroyed. (of course the AP does not say anything about the special data recovery tools needed to recover the Destroyed Data)

PHOENIX (AP) — Firms hired to run a partisan audit of the 2020 election for Senate Republicans in Arizona said Tuesday that data was not destroyed, reversing earlier allegations that election officials in the state's most populated county eliminated evidence.

The claim of deleted databases was amplified by former President Donald Trump and his supporters, who believe conspiracy theories about election irregularities.

Ben Cotton, founder of a computer forensics firm working on the audit, told key senators that he had recovered all data. The revelation came a day after Maricopa County officials released a scathing letter saying the auditors couldn't find the data because they didn't know where to look.

“I have the information I need from the recovery efforts of the data,” said Cotton, founder of CyFIR LLC.

Legally only the legislatures in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia can make changes to election law any changes imposed on the election laws by governors, judges, and secretaries of state are illegal.

Case in Point: Michigan judge rules secretary of state Jocelyn Benson violated election law by unilaterally changing absentee voting rules.

Late on Election Night 2020, President Donald J. Trump had a lead of around 100,000 votes in Wisconsin, a lead of around 300,000 votes in Michigan, and a lead of around 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania. Back-of-the-envelope calculations showed that in order to overtake President Trump, Joe Biden would have to substantially improve his performance in the remaining precincts — many of which were in heavily blue areas like Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia.

Using publicly available data from the New York Times we know that there were 8,954 individual vote updates (differences in vote totals for each candidate between successive changes to the running vote totals, colloquially also referred to as “dumps” or “batches”)

Of the 8,954 vote updates used in the analysis, these four decisive updates below were the** 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th** most anomalous updates in the entire data set. Not only does each of these vote updates not follow the generally observed pattern, but the anomalous behavior of these updates is particularly extreme. That is, these vote updates are outliers of the outliers.

The four-vote updates in question are:

An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump

An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump ** All four of these updates all occur within the same 5-hour span

In contrast, during a 2016 interview at a Wall Street Journal forum, Bryant praised the company and its CEO, noting “it’s really about inspiring kids in to understand that there’s a much much bigger world out there.” VIPKid, however, has also expanded its reach into American classrooms, “donating” its services to several public school districts. The Bryant Stibel fund has also invested in the China-based technology and e-commerce giant Alibaba alongside China Investment Corporation, a Chinese Communist Party sovereign wealth fund led by current and former high-level apparatchiks. In addition to Chinese Communist Party links at Alibaba’s leadership level, the company is also key to the country’s quest to overtake the U.S. in technology. Similarly, the NBA-linked fund has also invested in the Chinese company Full Truck Alliance, the “leading online commercial freight platform in China in the full-truck-load segment.” Among the company’s funders is China Reform Fund Management, a private equity firm operating under the control of the Chinese Communist Party.
