It seems like she grabbed the runaway oxcart by one of the loose reins. Did a good job. There have been too many slack hands over looking many things for far too long, in the R party. When I see the very few who are willing and standing up to the onslaught, I see heroism, fearlessness, and American patriotism. As far as I am concerned beung an American means we stand up to injustice anywhere and everywhere. Being a Republican should mean you throw down hard and support actual American's political wishes. She's done a good job on this issue. She has to beat the person running against her. Sometimes we have to take what we can get - the alternative is far worse.
You're right. She's from NY state so we need to cut her some slack. I suspect she's one of us but is trying to thread the needle. She's very talented. We need her in our lineup.
To be a conservative these days you pretty much just have to be in favor of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and due process. We can worry about the other stuff once these things are no longer under attack.
OK, now she has a taste for being on the side of winning. I hope she follows through and ditches the half-assed job of being a republican she was before.
