I’m continually facing minor frustration at the constantly changing pace of new slang in the English language; I don’t mind completely new words but taking common words and changing their meaning completely throws me off guard.
Specifically, when did “stutter” become to mean “ molesting young girls & women”?.
About a month or so ago, the media was circulating articles about how Creepy Joe had overcome a stutter as a child. It didn't make sense to me then, but it is all coming together now.
Funny, nobody mentioned Biden's stuttering problem the first two times he ran for president.
