So is he like a real life Carman Sandiego? not sure how he's been free to travel much less not have a bounty on his head for capture. Reeeeeee we need some Hawaiian judges to make up some of those fake rule of law interpretations they do so well and accidently deport this guy to a Chinese labor camp vacation. Really though someone catch him jay walking and throw the book at him, life sentence! don't forget he's got a son too every bit as evil.
