Give tapes or get free ride to jail." Repeat until everybody is in jail or somebody hands over the tapes or gives a reasonable explaination (Short of them never existing I can't imagine, but just in case) why the tapes can't be handed over.
There was a group of 'youths' robbing the public transit trains.. that video was not released and reason given was that it would prevent racism.
