I bet some "moderates", and obviously never trumper voters and dems, will see it as a goofy hit job on a troubled son. Biden will use it as a tool to garner sympathy from them, alluding to their own communities drug and mental health problems and struggles in their families. They will say it's just another one of Donald and friends bully tactics and shows how scummy they are. It will probably amount to being a wash, and just more showboating by conservative media and politicians for their own viewers in the echo chamber.
