Dunno. Personally, I'd like to see more info about possible corruption and pay-for-play schemes, but we might be overthinking this. Maybe it's just a down and dirty smear campaign to appeal to emotion, the emotion in question being disgust. Bring out the laptop, hint at child pornography or prostitution, hand over to police so you can say "there's an active investigation", then have people distribute the "old Joe groping and sniffing little kids" video compilations. After all, it is SOME sort of ammo, better than nothing. Though we shouldn't forget the other stuff about it (NAFTA, crime bill, supporting riots and trans kids, SC packing etc.)
