Islam can not be reformed, when Mohammed wrote his fiction he made sure to add clauses in to to stop that. You will also likely not be surprised to learn the punishment proscribed by Islamic law for anyone trying to reform Islam is death.
Islam is not compatible with western values and never will be, it will always seek to dominate non-Muslims and make them Dhimmis.
