Black pill sheep: "It's over once Trump is out of office."

Me: "What the fuck ever. We're electing Trump Jr. 2024"

Im already sad thinking there might not be a TD after 2024. I guess we could pivot to being a Lion Ted rally or something, but it's not the same.

Mike Pence will be the guy who brings whatever is left of the moderates to the Republican Party in 2024

Yeah, Pence has been good. I don't get RINO vibes from him. He just seems like a more reserved Trump. His debate performance was everything that Trump's wasn't - collected, sharp, and effective. I love Trump, and yeah he lays down a good one liner every now and then, but Pence is a much better debater. He knows how to push on a topic and how to directly refute a claim.

Disagree. GEOTUS Trump is simply the "current" cudgel we New Right Radicals are using to bludgeon the Corporatist Deep-State a step-back, or two.. we will never submit to their rule..

I have been thinking the same thing. Trump has proven that the two-party swamp is obsolete. It will be interesting to watch some of the swamp creatures try to emulate Trump when he's out of office. I don't think anyone will be able to pull it off like Trump has.

Quit trying to steal my governor. We've barely had DeSantis down here. I want my eight years.

First off, I'm not a libertarian.

Second of all, this is a hypothetical "who would you like as president" chain. Not a real election. Stop arguing with straw men.

Yeah I’m not convinced trump jr has it yet. He’s pretty good, but a decade or 2 more of experience will only make him better

Pence was so articulate and prepared during the debates! If he was willing to run I'd vote for him (and under the assumption he learned even more from being in the admin for a second term. And he's only 61 right now.

DeSantis is my guy I think.
In fact, I think he might be a more effective POTUS than Trump even. (standing on the shoulders of giants and all that).
He was able to win in Florida and has done a ton for the state already. It might be a function of him not having to duel with Pelosi and Schumer though.
