"Caltrans removed it that time Oct. 6 because while it was on private property, Caltrans was concerned it may pose a visual distraction and potentially cause crashes."

Good thing they took down the famous Hollywood sign for the same reasons. The California government would go full Pol Pot on Republicans if they thought they could get away with it.

The sign is literally first amendment free speech.

It cannot be taken down without violating their federal 1st amendment rights at which point CalTrans should be sued into the next century.

Seriously, that argument can be made about anything and everything along side a highway. That billboard is a safety distraction, that high rise building off in the horizon ...that needs to go cause muh safety. They should be sued into fucking oblivion.

Democrats are liars. They lie about everything. "That offended me." No it didn't. "That billboard is a distraction." No it's not. "This election is LITERALLY life or death!" No it's not.

Heard a story about a woman on county land who didn't want her trees cut. She went out with a shotgun, and guess what? The trees are still there to this day. Nice trees

I don't know who needs to hear this, but your face and what you do or don't do with it is also protected under the First Amendment.

California Uber Alles was supposed to be sarcastic, not reality.
