It's retards replacing their headlights and not setting them up properly. Or new cars coming with lights that are way too bright.. It's not brights. It's retards replacing their headlights and not setting them up properly. Or new cars coming with lights that are way too bright.. They are shining in peoples faces when they should be shining on the road.
