When the 9th circuit judge ruled that the Ammo background check law and shipping Ammo to your door ban was unconstitutional, the Attorney General Beccera convened at 10 pm on a Friday in the exact same night to put a stay in the law so the ban stayed in place.

They’re very quick to act when their unconstitutional bullshit is threatened or if they need to release criminals

it would be interesting to know how that worked. A state AG does not trump (ahem) a federal judge.
