Hell, I'm not a professional climber, but with the right rig, climbing over it relatively safely would be a breeze.

However...I don't see a car making that trek so easily.

Hopefully they have sensors all over this new wall too so that if anyone starts digging or climbing border patrol can be there quickly.

The trick is climbing it before border patrol agents show up to arrest you.
