Amnesty was a brutal error, no doubt, but bringing the Soviets to their knees and removing the world from the constant threat of instantaneous nuclear annihilation it had lived in terror of for decades, removing the iron yoke of communist oppression from the necks of hundreds of millions of people, that is not undone or voided by anything else.

The menace of communism still exists, I agree, but for Eastern Europe and Russia / former Soviet Republics, it's gone, and it's not coming back. I do believe that POTUS Trump could lay the foundation for the defeat of Chinese Communism in his second term.

Some complete facts about the 1986 Amnesty. It wasn't an automatic front of the line citizenship thing, people still had to apply and go through the process to become a citizen. It gave them "amnesty" for their crime of being here illegally in the past. Not everyone who was here illegally applied for it either.

With Real Election Integrity, CA would still be very solid Republican for most offices and State legislature. btw CA has the largest number of Republicans in it, than any State.
