Hi everyone- I was given an opportunity to write something for my church on why I support Trump that will be read to the congregation. I initially didn’t want to do it but last election I remember being upset with the pastor that the only reason he gave to vote Trump was the Supreme Court.. so I guess now I have a chance to rectify that.
Some bullet points I was thinking of including-
The search for truth- primary sources. Not relying on media narratives. Honestly most of our media is pretty anti-Christian anyways.
Supporting illegal immigration is immoral on several levels- drug and human trafficking; also essentially creating a slave class that can be exploited
Something about the “defunding the police” movement.
Maybe something on pro-life. Not sure how it will play to this audience.
Religious liberty?
Any other thoughts or even help with composition would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe we can sway a few undecideds.
Because they're keeping a list of all of the racists who are supporting Trump so they can find them easier: https://donaldtrump.watch/
I really don’t understand the point of this comment. When I first read it, I thought you were implying that Trump supporters are racists, and therefore I was a racist. That logic led me to report the post.
I then started to read more of your comments and now I’m not sure what you meant.
