He is a anarchist and his shtick is being an uncaring asshole. I utterly despise his statements on Rush. Malice is like a comedian who makes a joke about a mass shooting same day one happens. If personal tragedy is fair game to him then show him the same respect when he has problems and rip him a new asshole. But he does have the right to speak.
