I highly doubt that, maybe he wants out of the abuse but I doubt he wants to go to jail to do it. The family worked very hard to keep him out of jail with the Sioux Indian fraud and that was not so long ago.
Seems more likely he bought a new laptop and icloud automatically restored his files to the new laptop, Hunter then didn't bother to get his old one back, perhaps even thinking the files were not even on it as they were on his new one.

Said this before on T_D several times in the past but if you read /pol you will see so many posts like this everyday.
I have seen the unredacted text message like many others have here, the message not only states Natalie but it is also clear from the context that is who it is.
So many of these LARPers fuck up the small details as they LARP abut things they don't have good knowledge of.
As with all things, maybe it is possible but seems unlikely and given what Bannon has said about Biden not going to the debate, indictments against Hunter are one of the few things that might stop Biden showing up.
Bannon however has said many things like this in the past and claimed Hillary would be indicted for her email server in 2016 before the election.
