When Jan 1st comes around, heathcare will begin some MASSIVE changes. People aren't ready for the shitfit that the entire healthcare system is going to throw when they have to start being transparent UPFRONT about their prices.
As an RN its extremely frustrating when almost every patient is refusing tx or arguing with me about prices which i have no idea what they cost. I had patients tell me they have been charged 100s of dollars for items like inhalers they used once during a 24 hour visit and werent sent home with.
Also our entire system we use to chart is cumbersome and slow because it is all set up to bill the shit out of you nobody really gives a fuck about your outcome only if you are happy and i get your azz out of the bed fast enough to get a new one in.
In defense of hospitals, I completely understand why price sheets are jacked up and manipulated. Hospitals aren't compensated well by insurance companies and the hospitals have to do anything they can to get the money they deserve. They are, after all, the ones actually saving lives.
It's the insurance companies that are the thieves. They have created a game where they control both sides of the equation and dictate costs on both ends. I personally believe transparency is going to put an end to this. People will start refusing higher cost items and higher cost insurance and insurance companies will be forced to make changes and start accepting what the market is willing to pay for instead of just doing whatever the fuck they want, hiding the true costs and dictating everyone.
This. This is the defining image. This is the most beautiful visual metaphor possible for Trump and his awesome team crushing the totally dishonest, incompetent, and malign mainstream media.
They literally binded together a massive book for the Fake News media. https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1318979804490850304?s=20

Lol. In the other pics on Twitter she looks like she’s handling a turd or something.
CBS deserves the bendover they're about to get.

No masks.
Not looking at something does not count as news.....
"What has trump done?" K-mac: a lot! "Well, I haven't heard anything" K-mac: have you looked? Here is ONE binder...
Next time, get a giant book with ALL the fake news media have covered and hit them in the head with it.
The few survivors can keep being journalists.
Sucks that they picked pictures showing nothing on pages. Who the fuck is running their PR. They just gave the media what they want.
Wut?
Thanks. Just waking up (work nights) and it looked like she wasn't wearing shoes while taking the info.
All good, just making sure my fellow pedes weren't having eye problems!
LOL
