I’ve been around him so going to get tested. Assuming I’m also positive. He’s in his 60’s, no underlying conditions. I’m going to get zinc right now, I’ve already had both of my parents on vitamin D. Anything else I should be aware of? Zinc and D seem to do the trick from what I’ve read, but any suggestions are welcome.

By "testing positive" do you mean he is ill? If he has no symptoms at all, he is not sick. He has antibodies. This is one of the hugest deceits in this whole matter. Having antibodies means you have immunity, you have been exposed at some point and didn't even notice, your immune system took care of it.
This is also why testing of non-symptomatic people stopped, with CDC's blessing.
If he or you test positive and have NO symptoms, espeically no fever, cough etc etc, you do nothing. People who are not sick do not need medicine.
He has a cough and congestion. Feels like a normal cold to him.
Might be. Does he have a fever? Colds often don't. Flu always does.
No fever. However I now have a fever of 99.6. Not high but I never am above 97.6. Don’t feel bad though just a slight headache.
Keep an eye on that! I'm one of those people who is normally sub-normal too. If the fever's the only thing, just watch it. remember, it really is less than the "regular" flue in terms of feeling poorly, and there are meds to treat it! Didn't Trump say he took Vitamin D (D3 I think), zinc supplements (a biggie) and fluids. Take care of yourself!
