I’ve been around him so going to get tested. Assuming I’m also positive. He’s in his 60’s, no underlying conditions. I’m going to get zinc right now, I’ve already had both of my parents on vitamin D. Anything else I should be aware of? Zinc and D seem to do the trick from what I’ve read, but any suggestions are welcome.

Another thing to consider. Clean before you disinfect. This goes for hands as well as surfaces likely contaminated by infected persons and persons in contact with them and don't forget cars, steering wheels and doors etc.
Not a germaphobe but recently researched this for work.
Following the Norovirus in 2011, the CDC found that medical staff exposed to the virus who relied upon hand sanitizers where 6 times as likely to get the virus as those who used soap and water.
They found the reason for this is that dirt, skin oils, body fluids, mold, etc. all harbor virus particles disinfectants and sanitisers can't reach because they have no real capacity to break up these substances. Soap can break up most fat-based contaminants. A multi-purpose cleaner does an even better job as it can also break up organics (dirt, mold, mildew) and proteins (blood, mucus, emesis (vomit), human and animal waste) as well as oils.
Smart thing is to clean it first. Soap and water for hands followed by hand sanitiser. Multi-surface cleaner followed by disinfectant. Keep in mind disinfectants need to stay on a surface for at least 10 minutes to be effective; hand sanitizers about 20 seconds.
