I’ve been around him so going to get tested. Assuming I’m also positive. He’s in his 60’s, no underlying conditions. I’m going to get zinc right now, I’ve already had both of my parents on vitamin D. Anything else I should be aware of? Zinc and D seem to do the trick from what I’ve read, but any suggestions are welcome.

That's good news! Thanks for the update!
The test could be a false positive or simply show immunity.
When you are exposed to a virus (breathe, contact etc) your body will detect the bugs and start making killer cells. When they succeed, your body keeps those very specific killer cells (antibodies) circulating, so the next time you're exposed, the invader gets killed quickly.
One of the co-vid tests counts these killer cells--if you have them, though, it could be 1) your body is now fighting it off or 2) your body just has them from some other exposure and nothing is going on. Symptoms usually mean #1. That's why there's a lot of controversy about these tests.
