Yes he did it to Ron Paul as his character "Bruno". He took his clothes off and tried to sexually assault Ron Paul, who stormed out of the room and said "THIS GUY IS QUEER AS BLAZES".

He also did it to Donald Trump as the character Ali G where he pitched a ridiculously stupid business idea to him and Don had him figured out in the first 60 seconds.
