I think that was the secret behind Obama's success. He had such persuasive charm about him and he spoke with his head held high in such a way that it projected confidence. None of the other Dems have displayed any where near such prowess for public speaking. The lesson here: Always be guarded around those who are charismatic or you might find yourself getting duped into doing something.
