This is similar to if I made a website that went through the public database of all licensed attorneys and made a mapping website so you could harass them. Or any other profession. My point is that many government databases are very public and contain people's personal info including addresses.

If you are in a large city and your name is common like Smith, it would be hard to track down unless they look up employers and or other attributes. This is for someone who has tons of time on their hand. Of course they can write a database program to do a lot of correlation analyses to identify the addresses of the donors by pulling in country records which contain home addresses.
