I'm not positive of the details, but it was something like this:
the autists discovered with minimal information (DOB and address I think), someone could log onto a voter registration website (in some specific states) and change the party registration of the person whose vote is being fucked with (from D to R for example) which would cancel out the vote that was previously cast.
It was something like that....

A bunch of states hosted sites with smooth-brain levels of security that not only listed other people's votes, but allowed anyone to change them.
They're trying to cheat :/

I've been hearing today that everyone dropped this story because it turned out to be false, and you actually need a pin tied to your first ballot to cancel it.
Really not too keen on messing around with the voter systems to confirm/deny things myself.
