Ok, watched the entire presser . . . that was an F'ing joke. They held a 20min presser to tell the country they're going to get spam emails relating to ballots, elections, etc. No shit. That happens every election year.

Will they hold another news conference during next years tax season to tell us we're going to get spam emails from people claiming to be the IRS asking about tax funds, and to not open the .zip attachments?
