I never answer, regardless of who they say they are or what their intentions. Fuck dude, might not even be a real pollster or someone affiliated with politics, could just be a marketing firm. Or some Chinese entity harvesting data.

I suspect people like me are the reason pollsters are pulling their hair out.

The polls are fucked because they have been using obama's voter turnout percentages as if they are permanent. They always expect shitty R turnout like McCain and mittens got combined with record turnouts across the board for D's. Not gonna happen.
