Exactly, it's not enough to be hands off. There has to be a law on the books prohibiting discrimination on the basis of masks or vaccine. They can through in limited liability for businesses to take the sting out of lawsuits for catching covid. Unfortunately, Congress would actually have to do something for this to happen

With ACB it's hard to say how that would turn out. With RBG and Roberts, it would've definitely be ruled in favor of tyranny and support for the Certification of Vaccination Identification, or COVID for short.
