There needs to be a temporary suspension of due process, and prosecutions for violent crime. The right needs to be allowed to deport 10 to 20 million illegals, and put down any resistance violently. We need to be able to defend ourselves from the violent intimidation that the left regularly foists on us.

Local Government (mayors, governors, sheriffs, etc)
Jury nullification
State and local militias; oh, and no standing army (nothing against our troops, but true).
