They hate him because he tells the truth. They hate him because he doesn't lie. Democrats want to be bullshitted. They want to be flattered. Somewhere in their little pea brains, they equate getting stroked with importance. They think if someone goes to the effort of bullshitting them, they must be important. When Trump tells the plain truth, they can't handle it.

It's like asking someone if your jeans make you look fat. Obama would say that the jeans are poorly made, that it's the lighting, that standards of beauty have changed over the decades, etc. Trump just tells you that you're a little fat and could drop ten. The deal is you know what the truth is - you could drop ten pounds.
