Maxwell spent nearly 30 years as Jeffrey Epstein’s lover, friend and accused accomplice in a wide-ranging sex-trafficking scheme that spanned years and allegedly ensnared scores of underage girls.
She became the primary target of federal investigators after Epstein’s suicide at the age of 66 inside Manhattan’s Metropolitan Correctional Center, where he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges. Prosecutors also reportedly noted Tuesday while arguing against the turnover of some materials to defense attorneys that they have not charged Maxwell with being Epstein's primary supplier of underage women, and stated that they worried she would attempt to intimidate witnesses into silence should information about potential Epstein victims be released.
“The premature revelation of this information would give the defendant the opportunity to interfere with the Government’s investigation before it is complete. Such information could allow her to contact and intimidate witnesses, destroy evidence relevant to the investigation, or alert other targets of the investigation,” the prosecutors reportedly wrote.

p. 53 Maxwell pretty clearly admits that the masseuses performed sexual acts for Epstein. It's subtext, but she establishes that she will discuss what she hasn't seen and won't discuss any "consensual" "sexual acts" that she has seen... and she won't discuss whether she saw the masseuses perform sexual acts for Epstein.... meaning she did see the "massage therapists" perform them for Epstein and she maintains they were consensual. Maxwell acknowledges the subtext saying "I have just answered the question."
P. 60 Once it's established that the masseuses performed sexual favors, she re-frames the plaintiff's story by saying she "was always happy to give career advice to people and I think that ... professional massage therapist is an excellent job opportunity. Hourly wages are around 7, 8, $9 and as a professional healthcare provider you can earn somewhere between ... 100 to $200 and to be able to travel..." Very clearly hopped into that neural pathway of the spiel that she'd give to recruits. "So in the context of advising people for opportunities for work..."
So... the masseuses performed sex acts and she "advised" them of "opportunities" to be a masseuses.
P. 63:24-25. Maxwell testifies that "Again, Jeffrey hired [the] people" she met.
So she advised them of opportunities to work for Epstein, where Maxwell knew they would be required to perform sexual acts.
Then combative evasiveness around:
p. 69 Attorney asks "I was trying to interpret whether you didn't understand what a school girl outfit was" and Maxwell says "I clearly know what a school girl outfit is." Then: P70:22-25 Maxwell gets evasive on the definition of a "sex toy" saying she doesn't "recollect anything about a laundry basket." Bullshit. If you know what a school girl outfit is then you know what a sex toy is.
Also revealing wording. I'd expect an innocent person to say they "don't recall a laundry basket of sex toys." She doesn't answer about what she saw. She answers about what she's been told say / coached on. She says she doesn't "recollect anything about" basically saying she doesn't remember how she was supposed to answer this question. She she can't remember the party line, she can't deny it. Accidentally thinks this part out loud.
