Just had a quick peek. The registrant is a middleman LLC (Domains By Proxy). If any previous Hillary sites or DNC funded sites used this, it'd be believable. I don't have the time, sadly, to look into it.
One less thing in its favour is that it'd be more believable if it were Harris/Clinton, not the other way around.
