Great write up. This is exactly what I was telling a friend of mine last week when we were discussing why Giuliani is all of the sudden involved so heavily. He has done this before, and is an expert at the tricks of the trade from the Mafia Commission days. I highly suggest any fellow 'Pedes that have not researched how Rudy went against the mob to dig deep into it. It's a hellacious nightmare of risks that has to be carefully navigated.
