Virtual college students can not be vote harvested. Forcing people to work from home gives them more time to vote which favors republicans who might not normally have the time after work. lock downs Pisses a lot of people off and they know its not Trump but rather the Democrat mayor or governor who is responsible.
Inslee just further locked down the colleges/universities. WA is in play.
They told their supporters
"If you vote in person or if you go to a rally you will die."

Imagine their supporters reading, filling in ballots and putting it in an envelope and mailing it? It just won't happen.
