I was a big fan back in the day; it was my introduction to other conservatives. I lived in San Mateo and did not know any other actual conservatives, which was sad. I was completely alone in my ideology and values.
Wow, yeah, I know what you mean about feeling alone. I was the only conservative I knew in Austin from 2000-2006. Then finally I discovered that a friend was in the closet too. Thank God! Now we are BFFs. :)
