Ghislaine Maxwell is allegedly in custody with no photos or videos of her in custody existing. Maxwell has only been charged with a handful of very old crimes. I think the Epstein operation is the literal "swamp" Trump talks about. I think they have powerful ties with powerful people, but I don't think it's nearly as powerful as it's portrayed to be.
If it had true power, Ghislaine wouldn't have to shill TerraMar on Tedx. They wanted to create their own country with its own laws and no legal precedent for other countries to intervene.
