There is literally millions of islands in the world. Every chunk of land including those millions of islands belong to one country or another. There is no where on land you can buy and become your own country. Many rich people have tried buying islands and making it their own country and eventually the marines from it's rightful owner come and take it back. This is why China is building islands in the South China Sea. That is probably why Ghislaine and her pedophile friends drive a submarine to some undersea feature in international water and claim it as a separate country.
