Apathy is a big problem among voters. That and low information voters
I think it's partially due to always having to vote for the lesser of 2 evils. The alternative is voting for a Dem. We cannot give the House or the Senate to them, so we have to vote for the Repubs including the Rinos. There needs to be a 2 pronged attack to this wherein you get Congress under control, then you work on getting the Rinos to fall in line or get them out. Getting them out is the only option as Trump has said the Rinos are worse then the Dems since you already know where they stand. The Rinos are the snakes. You'll never know where they'll be or when they'll strike.
Republicans need to jettison these infiltrators, they have no business posing as conservatives. This country has over 300 million people, there are always better options.

Small towns, outside of Salt Lake City are almost entirely populated by hippies from NY trying to get to CA, and CA wannabe actors trying to get to Broadway. And rich jerks from both states, looking for a party place to become ski-bums.

The issue isn't Mormons as there are also based Mormons from Utah, like Orrin Hatch. There's shitty corrupt people in all groups.
