In my view this is just three red lines. We don't know the intended meaning and it could be anything. It's likely used all over the place. There's probably an insect with three red lines on its back to indicate it's poisonous. He could have had the entire flag in the "D", it's the central letter, "america is in the heart/center", he could have the flag in the B, it's the start of the letter, the image to push could be "uniting the two into one".... He could have kept the flag motif in E, but have the top be blue/stars and the other 2 red, but didn't. These are graphic designers and the fact that they chose this logo means they chose their message.
Similar concept to any globalist company or institution with the word: "Global" or "World" in their name.
