I think it might have to do with whether you donated directly to Donald Trump, or through WinRed or another Republican PAC. The emails they all send make it look like they're all direct from Trump Campaign.

I think that is correct, I’m not in the database (come dox me NBC bitch) and I donated. I think it was thru WinRed.

They probably found coders based on skin color and number of intersectionality boxes ticked instead of merit.
