The autopsy report includes an antemortem blood sample that was drawn at the hospital so he was alive at the hospital (or they would have called the blood sample postmortem).
Why would they drop the 3rd degree but keep the 2nd degree charge? Isn't it more difficult to prove 2nd degree?
Yeah and FentanylFloyd was alive and breathing when Chauvin put him in the ambulance.
The riots were inflamed by hustlers claiming he died under Chauvins knee, right there on the scene.
Chauvin didn’t have a clue Floyd died until hours later.
The guy OD'ed on the ground. He took his life by his own hand.
Going to need a source for breathing in the ambulance though. The FULL video I saw had them beginning CPR as soon as they loaded him.
