There could be video of Joe Biden licking a donkey's asshole and the press won't show it and Biden supporters would deny it. I don't expect any movement from Democrats in response to Guiliani's laptop evidence.
The Dems have been in complete denial and delusion for years and are unreachable. However, moderate liberals, Independents, and unaffiliated voters (none's) are reachable.
Every election we fight over the same 15% or so.
Before the laptop evidence came out, 2/3rds of the Indy's and none's were already slightly leaning Trump.
Giuliani knows all this and he's no fool and doesn't expect what he's promising and he doesn't need to get what he's promising. He just needs to firm up the Indis and nones. From interviews I've seen, I think Giuliani expects an extra 10% to go to Trump. Even if it's just 5%, Trump blows Biden out in the electoral college.
