Rudy seems pretty sharp to me. I've been watching a bunch of interviews and his Common Sense segment. I think he's caught his second wind since he had the prostate cancer diagnosis and had to drop out against the Senate race against Crooked Hillary. We'd see some actual Justice if he got in there.
