It's weird that "time" is even a factor.

Most debates(when played out by people who ACTUALLY DEBATE) end uo sith someone shouting over their time, trying to constantly squeeze in a few more words or jabs on the opponent.

Biden at nearly every debate: "Well i would explain more but it looks like my time is ah-"

LITERALLY TOO!!! One of the first debates when everyone was yelling across the stage, i VIVIDLY remember hearing biden trail off halfway through his explanation on why he couldn't answer anything.
