I’m guilty of googling the super predator. While I could not find a direct quote of that from Biden, Hillary definitely said it. However what I did find on Biden by searching that was some very racist remarks.
I think Trump conflated those two quotes. Biden merely said predators, but in context of him arguing for his '94 crime bill, it's pretty obvious what he's referring to
