I’m guilty of googling the super predator. While I could not find a direct quote of that from Biden, Hillary definitely said it. However what I did find on Biden by searching that was some very racist remarks.

I think Trump conflated those two quotes. Biden merely said predators, but in context of him arguing for his '94 crime bill, it's pretty obvious what he's referring to

Yep. I wonder if Trump misquote it so that Biden denies it, then people go and look for it. And they find that video which is in someways more damning than just that term
