I think it worked out quite well. This was an important debate for all the normies who were turned off by the first debate. Now they used a female liberal reporter who the left expected would go after Trump more than Wallace. Instead, she pretty much stayed in her corner and Trump timed his punches perfectly. The left's heads will explode over this because they thought she would be the kill shot on Trump and would protect Biden at all costs.

What she did best was get Trump to actually appeal to a lot more voters than a right leaning male moderator could have done. He was respectful to her and worked with her and that goes a long way for people who do not follow politics, news or social media.
