People are getting dumber by design. At least, I don't think people are actually getting dumber, but the heavy censorship of the left and constant social engineering in recent times has made people afraid to speak their mind.
No IQ level are actually dropping. People ARE getting dumber.

No recent source is allowed to report this of course. Just look at older (70s) IQ averages for different ethnicities and it's only obvious when the lower IQ ones increase in population percentage, the average IQ of the population drops!
