I've noticed that Joe's main supervillian power is his ability to emphatically lie. He can lie with full righteous force using absolute terms like only people like the Clintons can. Every denial is "everybody has examined, absolutely noone, everyone agrees, absolutely nothing wrong, never once," Anybody with instincts knows he's lying.
